All returns and/or refunds must be approved by calling our office at 877-288-9116 before returning any product.

Note: As of April 2020 package arrived damaged with missing contents, the USPS will no longer accept submitted picture proof as proof of damage.  The customer must take the damaged box to their local post office within 90 days.

Please refer to the Returns page for instructions regarding return of merchandise.

Please note, when YOU are requesting an order cancellation or a change in an order resulting in a refund to your credit card, a financial fee of $3.00 will be applied to the transaction. If the cancellation or change is a result of a mistake on the part of BIOAGE, there will be no charge.

Original and return shipping & handling fees are non-refundable.

If product is returned damaged or opened no refund will be issued except as per our “Within 30 days” guarantee.

In most cases of refund due to return of merchandise, a re-stocking fee will be deducted.

Please allow seven business days from the date we receive your return for processing.

NOTE: This refund policy only applies to retail customers. Resellers please refer to our Reseller policy regarding refunds.
