Within 30 days: Our guarantee applies to your FIRST order if the request for refund is made to our office within 30 days of the order date. We will refund the charges for one opened bottle, and for all unopened bottles once the process for Refunds/Returns has been followed.
Within 30 to 90 days: At our discretion, a refund may be offered for unopened bottles if the request is made within 30 to 90 days from the date of the order. We reserve the right to charge up to 25% re-stocking fee in these instances.
After 90 days: BIOAGE will not accept any returns after 90 days from the date of the order.
Returns
All merchandise returns must be preapproved by calling our office at 877-288-9116 to obtain an RMA approval. Shipping and handling charges are non-refundable.
Customer is responsible for the return shipping cost unless otherwise agreed, and for the safe return of items to BIOAGE. We cannot be responsible for items that do not reach our warehouse, or for any items not accompanied by RMA approval and identifying information (customer name, order number, phone number, etc.)
We recommend using the original shipping packaging when possible, or another sturdy box or padded envelope. Improperly packaged bottles damaged enroute to us will not be eligible for refund.
Returns should be sent via USPS with tracking information, and that tracking information is to be provided in writing to BIOAGE upon sending.

Shipping
All purchases from BIOAGE are made pursuant to a shipment contract with the postal service or other freight carrier. As a result, risk of loss for items purchased from this site pass to you upon our delivery of the items to the carrier. You are responsible for filing any claims with carriers for damaged and/or lost shipments although we will assist in this when/as feasible.
BIOAGE does not offer refunds if the product is lost, stolen or damaged by USPS, or other carrier.
We recommend purchasing our low-cost Addon shipment protection at purchase time – especially on orders over $100 value. This nominal Shipment Protection charge is offered through a third-party insurer for the entire amount of product ordered. The Signature Required option is also available for your added protection, should this be desired.
Orders are generally shipped Monday through Friday via USPS or UPS on the same or next business day once received by us, except for Federal holidays. Orders received by 11:00 AM Eastern Time, Monday through Friday, may qualify for same-day shipping when feasible. Normal delivery is within 2-10 business days, depending on location and/or other factors. BIOAGE is not responsible for delays once the order is handed over to the Post Office or other carrier. Expedited UPS shipping is available for purchase at the time of order. NOTE: BIOAGE does not offer UPS delivery on Saturdays or weekends.
Since mid-2020, the United States Post Office (USPS), Canada Post (CPS) as well as UPS, FedEx and other freight carriers have been experiencing some serious issues, due in part to COVID-19 and a dramatic increase in the volume of packages. More packages than ever are delayed, have arrived damaged with missing items or no contents*, or are never turning up at all. Additionally, there have been cases of USPS tracking showing Delivered status, but the intended recipient has not received the order due to theft or other circumstances. While postal service has improved somewhat since mid-2021, we continue to have some isolated instances such as these with customer orders. BIOAGE assumes no responsibility for the delivery of any product once it is picked up by the U.S. Postal Service or other Freight Carrier.
Note: As of April 2020, in the event of a package arriving damaged with missing contents, the USPS will no longer accept a photo as proof of damage. The customer must take the damaged box to their local post office within 90 days of receipt as evidence for filing a claim.
