Within 30 days: Our guarantee applies to your FIRST order if the request is made within 30 days after delivery. We will refund all unopened bottles and only one opened bottle from your FIRST order. All bottles must be returned including the opened bottle.
Within 30 to 90 days: At our discretion, a refund may be issued for unopened bottles if the request is made within 30 to 90 days from the date of delivery. We reserve the right to charge up to 25% re-stocking fee in these instances.
After 90 days: BIOAGE will not accept returns after 90 days from the date of delivery.
